Proposed Short-term Rentals (STRs) Licensing Framework

The City of Denver is currently developing a framework to license and regulate short-term rentals (STRs), and we want to hear from you.  Staff from Excise and Licenses and Community Planning and Development—in partnership with Councilwoman Mary Beth Susman—will be hosting four town hall meetings and presenting to Denver’s Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation’s Zoning and Planning Committee to outline the proposed STR licensing framework, answer questions and get feedback from the community.

Community Town Hall; February 3, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – South High School, 1700 East Louisiana Avenue

Community Town Hall; February 11, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – East High School, 1600 City Park Esplanade

Community Town Hall; February 17, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – North High School, 2960 Speer Boulevard

Community Town Hall; February 25, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – Christ Church United Methodist, 690 Colorado Boulevard.
